Customer Service

All stocked items at Opus will be dispatched within 24 working hours from our head office in Auckland. Courier items take between 1-2 working days to arrive. Long lengths and heavy shipments between 3-5 days (lead times indicative only).
To return an item please email orders@opushardware.co.nz with your invoice number and the reason for return and we can issue an authorization number.
To get a copy of an order invoice please email accounts@opushardware.co.nz with your sales reference or order number and we can issue a copy of your invoice.

Our products are sourced from trusted suppliers worldwide. While we primarily work with global partners, we also collaborate with local suppliers for select products, ensuring the best quality for our hardware systems

Once manufactured, every item is rigorously tested—often to failure—ensuring they meet our strict quality standards. This testing process simulates real-world conditions to guarantee that our hardware for frameless glass performs reliably, withstanding the demands of daily use.
